The pocket filters are designed as the medium filtration media to capture large size over 0.5 micron. The efficiency is about 90-99%, air flow rate about 3600CBM per hour for 24*24*12 inch size. The application of pocket filter can enlarge the life of HEPA filters. It`s quite important cause the budget to replace pocket filter are not expansive, but HEPA filters are quite costly. Also, replace the pocket filters and pre filters in time can reduce resistance of HVAC airflow. This also can reduce operation power consumption.

The frame is aluminum alloy thickness is 21mm, also galvanized steel frame thickness 21mm available.

We recommend galvanized steel for bulk order cause it is economic, the 16 gauge galvanized steel frame is quite strong and can beat rust for long term usage. Aluminum alloy frame is elegant and the frame is very stable and strong.

For some supermarket, mall, air port, library the HVAC system; HEPA filters filtration may not be necessary, it`s enough to remove 0.5um particles. PM2.5 is the key point particles for harm human breathing system. PM2.5 size is 2.5um which is larger than 0.5um. Control the particle size over 0.5um density below required standard is enough to create a comfortable environment.
