Cleanroom HEPA Diffuser Class 100 for Micron Electronics Industries

To control the product quality, electronics industries always make cleanroom to keep air clean.

Cleanroom class 100 to 1000 is quite common for those industries. No only about the electronics, other field such as food, medicine, LED, machinery, bio-tech, optical also needs cleanroom.

The HEPA diffuser is quite a good design for build a basic cleanroom. The HEPA diffuser connecting with vent pipe directly, be installed on the ceiling grid.

HEPA filters can be replaceable from the roomside, and air flow rate also can be revised from the room side for replaceable HEPA diffser.

If it is disposable ceiling module, the HEPA filter cannot be replaced.
