The Class 10 cleanroom using ULPA filter for filtration, not HEPA filter H13 or H14. The ULPA can remove fine particle size 0.12um with efficiency of 99.999%;

Most of the ULPA filters are mini pleated design that used in FFU fan filter unit. A FFU has service life for more than 10 years, but the life span for a ULPA filter about 3 years. It means the ULPA filters should be replaced several times during the life period of FFU.
