The mini pleated HEPA filters are special designed for hospital surgery room application,

efficiency class 100 99.99% @ 0.3um; that can remove most of the fine dust, smoke and

bacteria;

It`s quite important to keep the cleanliness level of surgery room, that purified air can creat

a high clean level spece when surgering; keep the patients from infection;

The specifications:

1. Efficiency: H13 or H14 99.99% @ 0.3um

2. Filter media: glass fiber made of HV company;

3. Separator: hot melt;

4. sealant: polyurethane around the filter media pack;

5. Frame: alumimum alloy;

6. Faceguard: painted metal mesh;

7. Gasket: EVA neoprene;

customized size also available;

the aluminum frame thickness can provide: 45mm, 50mm, 69mm, 75mm, 80mm, 96mm, 117mm, 220mm and so on;

Please replace pre filter and medium filter in time so that to keep the service life of HEPA filters;

normally, it`s 3 months to replace pre filters and 6 months to replace medium pocket filters or V bank filters;

Alll the HEPA filters will be tested before leaving the factories by DOP or MPPS standard;
